Viele mussten kurzfristig krankheitsbedingt absagen oder waren verhindert. Es reichte gerade so, um mit Nicole Krause, Yves &amp; Hannes Eberhardt, Andr\u00e9 Ullsperger, Austen Weilandt und Anton Hlawatsch ein Team zusammenzustellen. Diese hielten die Ehre unseres Teams hoch &#8211; und wie. Auch wenn es am Ende in der Teamwertung dieses Mal nicht auf das Podest reichen sollte, konnten fast alle X-Runners ein positives Fazit ziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 auch dieses Jahr, was es versprach. Temperaturen knapp \u00fcber den Gefrierpunkt machten vielen Athleten das Leben schwer und eine Vielzahl erreichte erst gar nicht das Ziel. Von rund 2300 Teilnehmern kamen gerade einmal 1686 ins Ziel. Die Wasserhindernisse waren f\u00fcr die meisten der Knackpunkt im Rennen. So erwischte es dieses Jahr auch unseren Austen, der sich noch gut f\u00fchlte, bevor es richtig ins Wasser ging. L\u00e4uferisch, so berichtete er uns, wollte er sich bis vor den Wassergraben noch ein wenig zur\u00fcckhalten, um sich die K\u00f6rner f\u00fcr den Hauptteil der Hindernisse aufzusparen. Am Wassergraben angekommen, befand er sich auf einem guten 57. Platz. Kurz vor ihm \u2013 Hannes, der ungef\u00e4hr 50 m Vorsprung hatte. Raus aus dem Graben und klatschnass folgte die ehemalige NVA-Sturmbahn, wo jeder einen 10 kg Sandsack ca. 300 m weit tragen musste. Hannes baute hier seinen Vorsprung immer weiter aus. Weiter ging es dann zu einem weiteren kleinen Wasserhindernis, bevor alle im Schwimmbad von Rudolstadt abtauchen konnten. Hier bekam auch Austen an diesen Tag den Rest. Raus aus dem Wasser, merkte man ihm an, wie er sich immer mehr qu\u00e4lte. Jetzt gingen auch die Kr\u00e4mpfe in den Waden los. Erst rechts, dann links und zum Schluss in beiden Beinen. Immer wieder wurde von den Helfern versucht die Kr\u00e4mpfe rauszumassieren, doch letztendlich musste sich Austen an diesem Tag eingestehen, dass er das Ziel nicht erreichen wird. Es l\u00e4uft eben nicht immer alles nach Plan. Doch wer Austen kennt, der wei\u00df, dass er im n\u00e4chsten Rennen wieder angreifen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr unseren Familienvater Hannes lief das Rennen wie geschmiert. L\u00e4uferisch und vor allem an den Hindernissen zeigte er eine ganz starke Leistung. Auf den letzten 3 km machte Hannes sogar richtig viele Pl\u00e4tze gut. Am Ende kam er auf Platz 31 in 2:30:31 Std. ins Ziel. herunter. Begleitet von Frank als Helfer, der, wie viele weitere, an diesem Tag unerl\u00e4sslich war, zeigte Yves auf der ganzen Strecke sein K\u00f6nnen. Am Wassergraben fand man ihn noch auf einem guten 20. Platz. Dann, 3 km vor dem Ziel z\u00fcndete er den X-Runners-Turbo und \u00fcberholte einen Athleten nach dem anderen. In 2:14:37 Std. k\u00e4mpfte sich Yves bis auf Platz 6 vor. Ein sehr sch\u00f6ner Jahresabschluss f\u00fcr ihn. Im Zielbereich lie\u00df er verlauten, er f\u00fchle sich so gut, dass er noch mal 10km dranh\u00e4ngen k\u00f6nnte. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Nachwuchstalent, der erst 18-j\u00e4hrige Anton, der seit Sommer diesen Jahres mit uns trainiert, wovon er an diesem Tag profitierte, zeigte eine b\u00e4renstarke Leistung. Andr\u00e9, der eigentlich im Bereich HYROX zu Hause ist, f\u00fchlt sich bei Hindernisl\u00e4ufen immer wohler. Seine Zeit aus dem letzten Jahr konnte er um ganze 10 Minuten verbessern und landete in 2:44:52 Std. auf Platz 111. Das lag bestimmt an den k\u00e4lteren Temperaturen, weil man dadurch eher ins Ziel kommen m\u00f6chte, erkl\u00e4rte uns Andr\u00e9 dann im Saunazelt, wo sich nach und nach alle X-Runners einfanden. Auch Paul, der Andr\u00e9 l\u00e4uferisch auf der gesamten Strecke begleitete, konnte da nur noch nickend zustimmen. Auch die, die eigentlich nicht mitgelaufen sind, stimmten ein, wie z.B. unser Karl, der im Wintermantel alle Athleten im Saunazelt mit Gl\u00fchwein oder Bier in Empfang nahm. Das passte ja voll zu den Temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicole, die einzige Frau, die an diesen Tag unseren Verein vertrat, machte ihre Sache hervorragend. Ein kleines Malheur passierte ihr allerdings auf der Strecke, als sie sich auf dem R\u00fcckweg kurzzeitig verlief. Dennoch bew\u00e4ltigte sie mit ihren zahlreichen Helfern die 24 km als 7-beste Frau in 2:59:22 Std. In der Gesamtwertung wurde sie 205. Im Saunazelt angekommen, um sich aufzuw\u00e4rmen, kam es dann auch noch zu einem weiteren kleinen Malheur. Kurz nachdem Nicole sich im Saunazelt niedergelassen hatte und sie 2, 3 w\u00e4rmende Atemz\u00fcge einsog, bekam sie keine Luft mehr. Paul der Starke, der dies erkannte, nahm seine v\u00f6llig ersch\u00f6pfte Mannschaftskameradin mit beiden Armen und bef\u00f6rderte Nicole an die frische Luft. Nach gen\u00fcgend Sauerstoffzufuhr ging es wieder zur\u00fcck ins Zelt und man tauschte untereinander die Wettkampfeindr\u00fccke aus.
